Architectural Photography - Example Project

This is a good example of a commissioned architectural photography project. The contemporary and thoughtful design was by Stufkens Architecture of Christchurch. The shoot included establishing shots which captured the essence of the building in its surroundings and also interior photography which would portray the design of the living space. The property in the final image of the gallery was was lit from the sides by both mine and marcus's car headlights - I drove away at the end of the shoot and later found out that I'd left poor Marcus stranded with a flat battery!
